Coach Jiang is originally from Shanghai CHN, He has been learning and practicing competitive swimming since the age of five, including 9 years as a semi-pro swimmer and 4 years as a full-time competition swimmer. He swam under the instruction of the Chinese National Coach Ge, Shou Yi for several years before retiring in 2002. During this time, he earned the title of Chinese National Masters of Sports Athlete 国家健将级运动员-游泳项目 by General Administration of Sports. After his retirement, he continued his passion for sports as the assistant coach in the D-III youth sports school swim team 区少体校三线队, coaching the 11-14 age group and as the head coach for the 10&U age group between 2003 and 2010. Meanwhile Jiang studied and gained sports trainer certifications, and founded his own sports consulting company 上海飓源体育运动咨询服务有限公司. His clients ranged from public figures, large business owners, and professional athletes from different sports.
In the summer of 2011, he moved to the US and established his swim lessons in the Greater Boston area. Since then, he has coached over 1,000 students from 4 to 70+ years old through private/semi-private, small, and large group lessons, including children with Down syndrome and special needs. Coach Jiang is passionate about helping swimmers at all levels achieve their full potential and get better in swimming. Between 2012 and 2021, before starting ARCT, he has supplied a great number of young kids / new blood to many USAS clubs in the Greater Boston area, and helped a lot of age groups and senior-level swimmers from different teams to achieve their AG Championship, NE Top 10, Eastern Zone, Sectionals, Futures, and Jr National cut times. Many have advanced their times from NT to US National Age Group Motivational Times A to over AAAA.
After forming the ARCT team, he continues to improve his training methodologies, refine the skills and coaching techniques to meet the unique needs of each athlete, help them get better race strategy. he developed the whole team's training structure for learn-to-swim, foundation building and varies competition levels.
Coach Jiang currently oversees all groups, including daily and seasonal practice plans and goals.

Coach Bella swam in China’s National Swim Team from 1996 to 2000, earning the title of International Master of Sport (国际级运动健将)—the highest honor awarded to an athlete by 200m Butterfly. She set a record in Tianjin, China that has remained unbroken for over 25 years so far.
After her retirement from competitive swimming, she pursued a degree in Sports Coaching at Beijing Sport University. She later coached at Tsinghua University and Peking University before moving to the United States.
In the U.S., she coached with the Stingrays, one of New England’s top-ranked swim teams, before founding Wellesley Swim Clinic in 2018. Now she is the Co-founder of Infinity Swimming and the Arctic Beluga Foundation Program, dedicated to developmental and advancing competitive swimming.
Matt Brooks

A lifelong athlete and certified USA Swimming coach, Coach Matt brings great leadership and enthusiasm to the pool, along with years of coaching and teaching experience. Matt held coaching and teaching positions in the area:
